Overview

New fascias, soffits and guttering in Daventry

Homeowners across Daventry and the wider NN11 area call Validus Roofing for fascias, soffits and guttering. We also work in Badby, Lower Shuckburgh, Leamington Hastings, Newnham Paddox and Frankton, and every job starts with a visit and a written quote. Call 0800 075 2452 to book yours.

The roofline is the band of boards and gutters at the edge of your roof. Fascias carry the gutters and the bottom row of tiles, soffits close off the eaves, and the gutters take water away from your walls. When timber rots or gutters sag, water ends up in the brickwork and the roof edge.

We replace old timber roofline with uPVC fascias, soffits and guttering that does not need painting, and we check the rafter ends and bottom row of tiles while the boards are off. Our gallery shows white uPVC roofline we have fitted locally.

FAQs

Roofline FAQs for Daventry

Do you cover Daventry for fascias, soffits and guttering?

Yes. Our team covers Daventry and the surrounding Northamptonshire area, including Badby, Lower Shuckburgh, Leamington Hastings, Newnham Paddox and Frankton. Call 0800 075 2452 to arrange a visit and a written quote.

Should I replace or cap my old fascias?

Capping covers old timber with a thin uPVC sheet. It can work if the timber is completely sound, but it hides rot rather than fixing it. Full replacement lets us check and repair the rafter ends.

Do new soffits need ventilation?

Most roofs need airflow at the eaves to prevent condensation in the loft, so we fit vented soffits or eaves vents where your roof needs them.

What colours are available?

White is the most popular, with black, grey, brown and woodgrain finishes also available to suit your windows and doors.

Can you replace guttering without replacing fascias?

Yes, if the fascias are sound. If they are rotten, new gutters will not stay fixed, so we recommend doing both together.
